RETURNS
Custom cut fabric is not eligible for a change of mind return, as each quantity is manufactured to order. Please consider this carefully when finalising your fabric orders. Full fabric rolls (by the bolt) are eligible for return under the below guidelines.
You may return eligible items purchased within 10 days from invoice date. To initiate a return please email us at [email protected] with your associated order number and details of item/s you wish to return. Any item/s sent back without prior notification will not be eligible for return.
Please note that all products are to be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.
Change of mind returns are eligible for a full store credit, or a refund less a 15% processing fee.
EXCHANGES
Aunt Alma and Drop Drape does not offer exchanges, rather your item/s can be returned as a change of mind return as outlined above. Once your return has been processed and a store credit has been placed onto your account, you may then use your store credit to purchase your desired item/s.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
Claims for credit or replacement for a faulty product are subject to approval on the following;
Decorator goods such as foil and latex balloons
• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Evidence of the fault must be available for our evaluation, either via email or an in person inspection. We reserve the right to reject your claim if the item has been disposed of prior to claim approval
• Aunt Alma / Drop Drape reserves the right to reject claims where the fault has occured after delivery, and is not due to a manufacturing defect
• Compensation for claims is limited to credit, replacement or refund for the item/s. Associated personal losses will not be compensated
• Aunt Alma / Drop Drape reserves the right to request items be returned to us for inspection to evaluate if the item is eligible for a claim

1. Order number / Invoice number
2. Details of the specific item(s) you are making claim for
3. Images and / or videos of the damage
4. Detailed description of the fault
